Scope of Service
Brabant Movers provides decluttering and logistics services to individuals and businesses, including home decluttering, moving assistance and goods transport.
Service Agreement
By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Payment
Payment for services rendered is due at the end of the intervention, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide 72 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Liability
Brabant Movers shall not be held liable for damages, losses or injuries occurring during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their needs and ensuring access to the premises during scheduled service hours.
Ownership of Goods
Clients retain ownership of all goods and items decluttered or transported by Brabant Movers. However, clients agree to indemnify and hold Brabant Movers harmless from any liability for damages or losses occurring during the decluttering or transport process.
Privacy Policy
Brabant Movers respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any personal information without their consent, unless required by law.
Termination of Services
Brabant Movers reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out above or engage in illegal activities.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
